Job Description

Job Title Accountant* Job Overview Narayana Solar is looking for a *detail-oriented and responsible Accountant* to manage financial records, GST compliance, and daily accounting operations. The candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, maintain financial reports, and support the management in making financial decisions.

Role & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Accounting

•⁠ ⁠Maintain *day-to-day accounting entries* in Tally / accounting software.

•⁠ ⁠Record *sales, purchase, receipts, and payment vouchers*.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper *ledger, journal entries, and bank entries*.

• GST & Tax Compliance

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and file *GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)*.

•⁠ ⁠Handle *input tax credit reconciliation*.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure *GST compliance for solar projects and purchases*.

• Bank & Cash Management

•⁠ ⁠Perform *bank reconciliation statements (BRS)*.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor *cash flow and daily transactions*.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain records of *customer payments and vendor payments*.

• Accounts Receivable & Payable

•⁠ ⁠Track *customer invoices and payments*.

•⁠ ⁠Manage *vendor bills and payment schedules*.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up for *outstanding payments*.

• Financial Reporting

•⁠ ⁠Prepare *monthly financial reports*.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in *profit & loss statements and balance sheets*.

•⁠ ⁠Provide financial insights to management.

• Documentation & Compliance

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper *financial documents and audit records*.

•⁠ ⁠Assist during *internal audit and statutory audit*.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with *government regulations and financial policies*.

Requirements Eligibility Criteria

Education

•⁠ ⁠*B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)*

Experience

•⁠ ⁠*1 – 3 Years of Accounting Experience* Benefits Salary & Benefits

•⁠ ⁠*₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)*
