Hiring: *Accountant Head*

Experience: 10–15 Years

Preferred Industry: Hospital / Healthcare / NGO / Manufacturing

• Key Responsibilities*
• Manage overall accounting and finance operations.
• Handle Tally/ERP, GL, AP/AR, journal entries and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports.
• Handle donation receipts, funds, and related accounting activities with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and legal requirements related to donations and financial activities.
• Verify bills, payments and financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage the accounts team.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
• Key Skills*
• Strong accounting & finance knowledge
• Hands-on experience with accounting software's
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Strong attention to detail
