Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Dholpur. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including recording journal entries, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely and accurate tax and regulatory filings. The role involves monitoring accounts payable and receivable, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams to provide financial analysis, respond to inquiries, and help improve accounting processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets, with solid data entry and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar on-site environment.
