Learn more about us at Role Description The Financial Accounting Specialist will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing periodic financial statements. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, monitoring payables and receivables, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting audits with accurate documentation and reporting. This is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi, requiring regular collaboration with finance, operations, and management teams. Qualifications Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements for management reporting and compliance. Robust Analytical Skills to review trends, variances, and financial data for decision-making support. Proficiency with Accounting Software and related Finance tools to manage transactions and reporting. Effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly. Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and local tax and regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications are an advantage. Prior experience in related sectors is preferred. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
