Account Executive - Immediate Joiner

Jewelnme Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST/TDS compliance, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience in GST and TDS filing, hands-on proficiency in Zoho Books accounting software, and the ability to independently manage multiple accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day financial records.
• Handle practical GST return preparation, filing, and related compliance activities.
• Manage TDS calculations, returns, deductions, and compliance documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain organised financial records and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Practical, hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing.
• Mandatory working experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, ledger management, and accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple accounting tasks.
• Good attention to detail and sound numerical accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
