Academic Coordinator / Student Success Coordinator — Remote

Classbuk.com is growing across international markets, and we’re looking for a highly organised and communicative professional to join our remote team.

You’ll help ensure smooth delivery of online classes while supporting parents, teachers and day-to-day operations.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate classes, schedules and teacher-parent communication
• Handle parent servicing and follow-ups
• Support reminders, billing and routine operations
• Resolve issues and ensure timely closure
• Maintain class and student records

What we’re looking for

• Strong operations and coordination skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valuable follow-up, attention to detail and ownership
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in education, operations, customer service or coordination is a plus

Work Timings

Remote | International markets

5:00–9:30 AM & 6:00–10:30 PM IST and Sundays Day time. Saturday off. Timings can be adjusted dependant on classes

₹20,000–₹30,000/month, depending on experience and suitability. Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional candidates.
