Role: International Academic Coordinator

DG Tutor

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Job Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day split into two shifts)

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST

Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST

DG Tutor outsources services to our USA-based company, Test Prep Pundits, which is a leading online education company providing high-quality test preparation services to students in the USA. Communicate effectively with students/parents in the USA to assist with their academic schedules and program-related inquiries

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure student attendance and participation

Maintain accurate call records and student updates

Track the number of classes conducted and maintain accurate records to assist in generating performance reports

Manage partnerships with foreign universities and academic institutions

Guide international students through admissions, orientation, and academic advising

Help with visa processes, housing, and cultural adjustment

Provide academic counseling and track student progress

Exceptional spoken English skills to communicate effectively with NRI Indians in America.

Flexibility to be available for both morning and evening shifts, totaling 8 hours per day.

Graduate in any discipline is required.

An interest or prior experience in the education sector is highly desirable.

Availability to start immediately is preferred. Should be very good in Telugu and English languages.
