Zoomies Petcare Pvt. Ltd. is a Pune-based, funded clean-label pet food and nutrition startup building the next generation of pet nutrition in India.

Zoomies has crossed 1.5 Cr in monthly revenue in less than 6 months and serves customers across Pan India through D2C, General Trade (GT), marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.

We move fast, value ownership, and are building a category-defining consumer brand.

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Hacker to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and experimentation across Zoomies' digital and sales channels.

You will work closely with the Founders, Marketing, Category, and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives across D2C, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Plan and execute growth experiments across marketing and sales funnels.
• Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and business metrics.
• Work on CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and repeat purchase metrics.
• Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to improve campaign performance.
• Build growth dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
• Take ownership of high-impact growth projects from the Founder's Office.

What We're Looking For

• 1 - 4 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, D2C, E-commerce, Business Strategy, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing and growth metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong experimentation and execution mindset.
• Ability to identify opportunities and turn them into actionable growth initiatives.
• High ownership, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with D2C, marketplaces, or consumer brands is a plus.
