Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Workday development and integrations and will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable and reliable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs
• Build reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes
• Integrate Workday with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance, and other systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and support testing/deployments
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain documentation and follow Workday best practices

Required Skills

• Workday Studio, EIB & Core Connectors
• Workday Reporting & Calculated Fields
• Business Process & Security
• REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT & JSON
• SQL / SQL Server
• Azure DevOps & Git

Preferred

• Workday certifications, Workday Extend, Azure, and experience with ADP, Kronos, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or ERP integrations.
