About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Social Media Manager/Account Manager to handle multiple client accounts and lead social media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating and managing ads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business. You will play a key role in increasing e-commerce sales and engagement for our clients, while also reporting campaign performance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-platform ad campaigns tailored to different client needs.
• Execute and optimize social media strategies to drive engagement and increase e-commerce sales.
• Provide analytical reporting and insights on campaign performance, suggesting areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and align campaigns accordingly.
• Oversee and maneuver campaigns through all phases – from planning to execution and analysis.
• Ensure social media accounts are active, engaging, and aligned with brand voices.
• Respond to messages, comments, and interactions to foster community growth.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Social Media Manager.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Agency experience will be preferred.
