Website Developer – WordPress (Full Stack - front +Back)Should be fluent in English as this role reports directly to management in USA.Location: Baner, Pune Job Type: Full-time, Work From Office (WFO) Experience: 2–4 years Shift: Night Shift (USA Time Zone - 6.30 pm to 3.30 am) Salary: The salary offered will be commensurate with your last drawn salary, relevant experience, and interview performance.Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer/Developer with expertise in WordPress (both frontend and backend), as well as branding and graphic design experience.In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing dynamic websites that reflect solid visual identity and brand consistency.Responsibilities- Develop responsive WordPress websites using custom themes and custom plugins.- Design and develop custom WordPress plugins based on business requirements.- Customize themes using Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders.- Collaborate with marketing/design teams to ensure brand alignment.- Design graphics, banners, icons, and other web visuals.- Optimize website performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.- Ensure ongoing site maintenance, security, backups, and updates.- Translate wireframes and designs into functional website components.- Ensure websites follow UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in WordPress frontend and backend development.- Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.- Experience with custom WordPress plugin development.- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).- Strong understanding of branding and graphic design principles.- Familiarity with WooCommerce (a plus).- Knowledge of SEO is an added advantage.- Understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console (preferred).- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Experience in Android & iOS application development and Power BI dashboard development will be an added advantage.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,350,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):- Current CTC?- Notice Period?Experience:- Full-stack development: 4 years (Required)- SEO: 2 years (Preferred)- WordPress: 4 years (Required)Language:- Fluent English without regional accent (Required)Location:- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra (Required)Shift availability:- Night Shift (Required)Work Location: In person
