We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager at AIginno

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience

Working Days: Monday to Friday

At AIginno, we build AI-powered products that help businesses automate customer interactions, manage leads, and improve daily operations.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., and create engaging content, make AI-powered videos, and help us connect with potential customers.

We want someone who understands social media, has hands-on experience with AI tools, and is ready to learn new skills as our products grow.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow LinkedIn presence, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, and WhatsApp communication.
• Create social media posts, carousels, short videos, and other content formats.
• Use AI video creation tools such as Guidde, HeyGen, and other similar platforms to create engaging videos for SaaS products.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools for content ideas, writing, research, and content planning.
• Create content that explains our AI products, features, and business use cases in simple language.
• Respond to messages, handle incoming leads, and help potential customers understand our products.
• Support blog writing, basic SEO content, and other marketing tasks with the help of AI tools.
• Track post performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Stay updated with new AI tools and learn how to use them in our marketing process.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and other social media accounts.
• Experience creating social media content, including posts, carousels, and short videos.
• Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools.
• Experience with AI video creation tools such as Guidde, or similar tools. (We can train you for this)
• Good writing skills and the ability to explain technical products in simple language.
• Good communication skills to manage messages, enquiries, and leads from social media.
• A willingness to learn new AI tools and take on tasks such as blog writing and content research.
• A practical mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
