We’re Hiring | Chartered Accountant (CA) – Freshers & Experienced

Transcorp International Limited is looking for qualified and motivated Chartered Accountants (CA) to join our team in Jaipur. We welcome applications from both freshly qualified CAs and experienced professionals with expertise in taxation, audit, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct and indirect taxation and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• GST & ITR Filing: Prepare, review, and file GST returns, Income Tax Returns (ITR), TDS returns, and other applicable statutory returns.
• Audit & Assurance: Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits; maintain audit documentation and respond to audit queries.
• Reconciliation: Handle bank, ledger, GST, TDS, and other financial reconciliations; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely statutory filings and maintain accurate financial records.
• MIS & Analysis: Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Internal Controls: Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in financial controls and operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, ITR filing, auditing, and financial reconciliation.
• Understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or financial software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary & Compensation

• Experienced CA: Budget up to ₹10 LPA, negotiable based on skills, knowledge, relevant experience, and expertise.
• Fresher CA: Salary will be negotiable based on skills, knowledge, and overall suitability for the role.
