Wedding and Events Manager

Lead weddings end to end as the client's single point of contact, from first meeting to the last baraat. You own the client relationship, the planning and the on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, understand the vision and budget, and present concepts and proposals
• Manage the full client journey: planning, timelines, approvals and day-of coordination
• Source, negotiate with and manage vendors (decor, catering, photo/video, entertainment, makeup, logistics)
• Prepare quotations, budgets and trackers in Excel, and moodboards and presentations in Canva
• Coordinate with the in-house team and vendors so events run smoothly
• Handle last-minute changes calmly and keep the client reassured

Must-Have Skills

• Strong client servicing and relationship management
• Working knowledge of venues and market pricing, and how the wedding industry runs
• Excellent spoken and written English; clear, smart and persuasive in conversation
• Presence of mind, able to think fast and solve problems under pressure
• Hands-on with Canva and Excel (budgets, comparisons, trackers)

• Polished, presentable and well groomed
• Confident, warm and professional with high-profile families
• Strong ownership, reliable and detail-oriented

Experience3 to 7 years in wedding planning, event management or luxury hospitality (flexible for the right person)

CompensationBest in the industry, with no bar for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
