Golden Axis Ventures is a Real Estate & Investment Advisory firm offering digital marketing, advertising, property promotion, and business marketing services. We are looking for a motivated, result-oriented professional to manage digital marketing activities and sell our advertising packages to businesses across India.

## Roles and Responsibilities

• *1. Nationwide Sales & Business Development**
• Promote and sell digital marketing packages priced from ₹10,000 to ₹2,50,000.
• Identify potential clients, including builders, real estate developers, property agents, retailers, hotels, educational institutions, startups, and other businesses.
• Contact business owners through calls, email, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
• Present services, prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved limits, and close sales.
• Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
• *2. Lead Generation**
• Research potential customers using Google, Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and business directories.
• Build a database of prospective clients across Indian cities and states.
• Identify businesses requiring advertising, social media management, lead generation, and online promotion.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• *3. Digital Marketing**
• Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Plan content calendars, write captions, and coordinate posts, reels, videos, and advertisements.
• Assist with SEO, online promotions, lead generation, and paid advertising where required.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, enquiries, and conversions.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and freelancers.
• *4. Real Estate & Builder Marketing**
• Approach builders, developers, brokers, and property owners to sell marketing packages.
• Promote residential, commercial, and land projects through approved digital channels.
• Coordinate property photos, videos, promotional creatives, and listing details.
• Generate enquiries and maintain client communication.
• *5. Client Management & Reporting**
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Prepare quotations and proposals using approved company formats.
• Coordinate project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain records of leads, calls, proposals, confirmed sales, and payments.
• Submit regular performance reports and work towards agreed sales targets.

## Required Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and business development.
• Confidence in approaching business owners and conducting sales calls.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising.
• Familiarity with Canva, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp Business is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply; experienced candidates are preferred.

## Salary & Commission Structure

• *This is a commission-only position. There is no fixed monthly salary.**
• Earnings will depend entirely on successful sales and the applicable commission structure.
• Commission rates, eligibility, payment timelines, and terms will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before the candidate starts.
• Higher sales may provide opportunities to earn higher commissions.
• Commission will be calculated according to the agreed policy and applicable payment and refund conditions.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-based role where earnings depend on results.
