About This Internship

Vibrium.ai is hiring passionate and talented AI/ML Engineering Interns with a strong foundation in Computer Science and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging AI technologies.

We preferably seek candidates from Pondicherry Engineering College (PEC) who have strong programming skills, analytical thinking, and a desire to solve real-world problems using AI/ML.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models.

Work on AI-powered applications and real-world technical projects.

Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis.

Research AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with the engineering team to build, test, and improve AI solutions.

Debug code, evaluate model performance, and document findings.

Required Skills

Programming: Strong proficiency in Python.

Computer Science Fundamentals: Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and problem-solving.

Machine Learning: Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, and evaluation.

AI Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of neural networks, deep learning, and generative AI.

Python Libraries: Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

Data Handling: Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.

Mathematics: Fundamentals of linear algebra, probability, statistics, and calculus.

Development Tools: Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, and VS Code.

SQL: Basic knowledge of querying and managing structured data.

Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts, work collaboratively, and learn independently.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Generative AI.

Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or AI agents.

Experience with APIs, FastAPI, or Flask.

Academic projects, personal projects, or contributions to AI/ML repositories on GitHub.

Eligibility Criteria

Students pursuing or recent graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering disciplines.

Preference for candidates from Pondicherry Engineering College (PEC).

Strong fundamentals in programming and computer science.

A willingness to learn, experiment, and work on practical AI/ML challenges.
