Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Deputy General Manager Business Development / Sales to drive business growth, generate new leads, and expand our customer base in the air cargo and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales for international and domestic air freight, air cargo, and door-to-door delivery services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Explore cross-border e-commerce logistics opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales activity updates in CRM systems.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in Air Cargo, Air Freight, or Logistics Sales
• Strong expertise in International and Domestic Cargo
• Experience in Business Development and Lead Generation
• Knowledge of Door-to-Door Air Freight and Cross-Border E-commerce
• Strong team management and customer relationship skills
• Proficiency in MIS Reporting and Advanced Excel
• Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking

Preferred: Candidates with cross-border e-commerce logistics experience will receive higher preference.
