💼 Responsibilities

Advertiser Manager

• Identify and onboard new advertisers/brands
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Manage campaigns, budgets & performance
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Affiliate Manager

• Recruit and manage affiliate partners/publishers
• Maintain publisher relationships and increase revenue
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
• Handle affiliate queries and support

✅ Requirements

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing preferred
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI campaigns is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-focused mindset
