Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Staff role based in Hisar. The Warehouse Staff member will handle daily operations such as receiving and unloading goods, checking deliveries against documentation, and organizing items in designated storage areas. Responsibilities include packing products securely, preparing shipments, and assisting with loading and dispatch. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, performing regular stock checks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and well-organized. The Warehouse Staff will collaborate with team members and follow company procedures to support smooth and efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing goods accurately and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare products securely and correctly for storage and shipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Unloading to safely handle and move goods from delivery vehicles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, perform counts, and maintain accurate records.
• Candidates should possess skills in operating a Pallet Jack to move goods and pallets safely within the warehouse.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to read labels, follow instructions, and complete simple documentation.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move moderate-weight items as required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training may be provided.
