Warehouse Operations Manager - Ecommerce

Homero is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Operations Manager who has independently managed complete warehouse operations, including inventory, goods movement, order processing and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Oversee order processing to ensure accurate packing and timely shipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock checks.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Organize storage locations for efficient handling and easy stock identification.
• Manage returns, damaged goods and inventory reconciliation.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for smooth dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and daily operational reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience independently managing a warehouse and its team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and order fulfilment.
• Ability to handle high order volumes and meet dispatch deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Excel and inventory or warehouse management software.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an e-commerce warehouse is preferred.
