Warehouse Manager – Inventory, Dispatch & Logistics

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end warehouse, inventory, dispatch, logistics, refurbishment and NG inventory management, ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfilment and complete serial-number traceability.

Candidates with strong data analytical, logical reasoning, problem-solving and leadership skills are also encouraged to apply, including freshers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FG, NG, spares and packaging inventory with complete serial-number traceability.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Manage Amazon and Flipkart orders, appointments, slot-based dispatches, stickers/labels and delivery coordination.
• Manage offline retail/distributor dispatches, billing coordination and weekly/monthly MIS.
• Coordinate forward and reverse logistics with 3PL partners such as Dreamz Service and Swiftflow.
• Track deliveries, RTOs and returns and ensure timely closure of logistics issues.
• Develop and manage the refurbishment process to convert NG units into usable/refurbished products.
• Plan and arrange spares to reduce NG inventory and improve inventory utilization.
• Manage NG spare disposal, including vendor quotations, approvals, documentation and SOPs.
• Manage packaging material procurement, stock levels and availability for daily dispatch, repair and refurbishment.
• Maintain FOC device records with complete model and serial-number details.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory, dispatch, refurbishment and logistics MIS.
• Manage warehouse team, SOPs, 5S and day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Analyse operational data, identify discrepancies and support process improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers to 8 years of experience may apply.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory and logistics management is preferred.
• Experience in consumer electronics, electronics, laptop, tablet, mobile or EMS preferred.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, logical reasoning, numerical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Strong experience in serial-number-based inventory management is preferred.
• Experience handling Amazon/Flipkart or e-commerce dispatch operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel, data analysis, ERP/WMS and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong coordination skills with 3PLs, distributors, vendors and internal teams.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, problem-solving and team-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict dispatch timelines.
• Leadership potential and the ability to take initiative and drive operational improvements.

Compensation (CTC)

• Freshers: ₹3–4 LPA
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on relevant experience and skills.
