Role & responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.
• Develop social media content calendars and schedule posts.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, product descriptions, and promotional copy.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and relevant content ideas.
• Create content strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, festivals, and special occasions.
• Develop content tailored to audiences in the USA, Canada, Japan, and Germany.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand communication.
• Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to promote products.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands and international markets.
• Knowledge of Amazon products and online marketplace promotions.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media campaigns.
