Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Sr Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development and be comfortable working across the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and business logic.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Design and optimize databases, queries, and data models.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and other development teams.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design.
• Should handle team size of 5 Associates
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js & Nest.js
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js / Express.js or equivalent technologies.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and UI development.
• Strong understanding of Git and version-control practices.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, and application security.
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

• Experience working with ERP / CRM / SaaS applications.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Redis, message queues, or caching mechanisms.
• Experience working in a product-based organization.
