Walk In Financial Controller Chennai (India)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions across multiple outlets.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.

Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control for each outlet.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.

Monitor payroll accounting and employee-related financial expenses.

Develop financial controls and procedures to prevent errors and financial discrepancies.

Prepare MIS reports and present financial performance reports to management.

Coordinate with restaurant managers, operations teams, vendors, auditors, and financial institutions.

Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

CA / CMA qualification preferred.

510+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or multi-location businesses preferred.
