Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter: International BPO, based in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for international BPO roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will handle walk-in drives, schedule and conduct bulk hiring events, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Additional responsibilities include supporting onboarding activities, adhering to compliance and company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Truck Driving and CDL Class A skills, as well as experience operating a Truck, if the role involves logistics-related responsibilities or coordination with transportation functions.
• Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in international BPO or large-scale hiring environments.
• Ability to conduct high-volume walk-in drives, assess candidate fit, and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meeting defined hiring timelines.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
