A leading consumer technology company backed by one of India's largest omnichannel retail and service networks, operating across a large, geographically distributed workforce.

What You'll Own

• Develop and execute the overall People Strategy aligned with business growth.
• Lead Organization Design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Drive Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and leadership hiring.
• Build Learning & Development, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and performance management across corporate and frontline teams.
• Design competitive Compensation & Benefits and rewards programs.
• Oversee HR Operations, HRMS, payroll governance, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and multi-state statutory compliance.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness and business transformation.

What We're Looking For

• 15–22 years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years leading the HR function as VP HR, Head HR, CHRO, or equivalent.
• Strong experience managing large, distributed, blue-collar and frontline workforces (5,000+ employees preferred).
• Proven experience in retail, consumer services, logistics, manufacturing, or other multi-location businesses.
• Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and multi-state HR operations.
• Demonstrated success in scaling HR functions during periods of rapid growth, expansion, or business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management with experience partnering with CXOs and business leaders.
• Experience implementing HRMS platforms and leveraging people analytics for decision-making.
• Strong expertise in performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational design.
