Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Position: VP – Construction Projects

CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA (Basis Last Drawn CTC)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working (1st & 3rd Saturdays Off)

Shift Timing: 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM

• Position Overview:*

We are looking for an experienced *VP – Construction (Projects)* to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale real estate projects from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate should be a *Civil Engineering professional with 20+ years of experience in Real Estate Project Management / Construction*, with a strong track record of delivering projects within timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires expertise in construction planning, execution, cost management, quality control, contractor management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and leading large project teams.

• Key Responsibilities:*
• Drive end-to-end execution and timely delivery of real estate projects
• Ensure project completion within approved budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Oversee construction planning, monitoring, cost optimisation, and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality processes
• Lead project teams and drive execution excellence
• Qualifications & Requirements:*
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering mandatory
• Master's Degree in Construction / Project Management will be an added advantage
• 20+ years of experience in Real Estate Project Management / Construction
• Proven experience managing large-scale real estate projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building regulations, and statutory requirements
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and large project teams
• Strong leadership, communication, commercial understanding, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Mandatory Criteria:*
• Real Estate Developer background preferred
• Strong experience in large-scale project execution and construction leadership
• Proven track record of delivering projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Candidates with strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities will be preferred
• Notice Period:* Immediate Joiners to candidates serving up to 45 days notice period preferred
• Candidates from across India working for Teir 1 Real Estate Developers & willing to relocate to Jaipur may apply*
