Key Responsibilities

Lead SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and performance tracking.

Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered and answer-based search platforms.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.

Define KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Manage and mentor digital marketing teams while ensuring effective execution of campaigns and strategies.

Excellent communication skills and end to end client handling.

Required Skills & Expertise

Extensive knowledge and practical experience in: SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), Paid Ads / Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing.

Robust understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics.

Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced workplace.

Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year
