Proven B2C content/creative experience with consumer brands, marketplaces, D2Cbusinesses, or comparable companies. Portfolio required.• Strong creative ideation and ability to independently develop and execute fresh contentconcepts.• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, B2C content formats, social mediaalgorithms, and performance metrics.• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, design, and video editing.• Experience with social media creatives, carousels, videos, reels, motion graphics,thumbnails, and infographics.• Working knowledge of e-commerce creative requirements such as listing images, A+content, marketplace banners, and ad specifications.• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics, anddesign/video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma,Canva, and CapCut.• Strong visual storytelling, creative thinking, written communication, and ability tooptimize content based on performance insights.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Mass Media, or arelated field.• 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital content, multimedia design, or creativemarketing, preferably in B2C, D2C, e-commerce, consumer-brand, or creative/digitalagency environments.• Relevant certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation,or Multimedia Design will be preferred.• Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing social media, marketplace, andcampaign creatives.• Understanding of healthcare/pharmaceutical compliance guidelines will be an addedadvantage.• High attention to detail, strong brand alignment, and ability to manage multipleprojects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
