Role Description The Videographer / Video Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media channels, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, setting up cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage, and ensuring consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.

The person in this role will manage video files, maintain equipment, and contribute creative ideas to improve engagement and storytelling across platforms. They may also assist in optimizing video content for different formats and channels to support campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including pre-production planning, shooting, and basic post-production editing.
• Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of camera equipment.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor shoots to achieve professional visual quality.
• Experience shooting video for digital marketing, social media, or branded content.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative storytelling ideas to projects.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video work is highly preferred.
