Video Editor

About The Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to turn raw footage into polished, engaging stories. You'll work on a mix of projects, including corporate videos, promotional content and event films, and take them from rough cut to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit, trim, and assemble raw footage into compelling final videos
• Colour grade and correct footage to a consistent, professional look
• Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, sound design and music
• Clean up and balance audio
• Organise project files and manage footage, backups and exports
• Deliver videos in the right formats for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, web,

broadcast, client screening)

• Incorporate client and team feedback quickly and keep to deadlines
• Collaborate with videographers, designers and project managers

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (editing, colour grading, Fusion, Fairlight)
• Working knowledge of other industry tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm and visual aesthetics
• Solid understanding of codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios and export settings
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have (Plus Points)

• Hands-on experience editing wedding films or corporate events (highlight reels, teasers,

event recaps, interviews, multi-cam edits)

• Experience with Photoshop, Audition or other audio tools
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools
• Ability to shoot or assist on set
