About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can own the complete post-production workflow and bring ideas to life through engaging videos and animations.

You should understand brand tone, audience behaviour, and platform-specific content. You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to turn supplied footage and creative assets into high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications.

Manage post-production from supplied raw footage to final export.

Create short-form and long-form content, including reels, promos, explainers, and brand videos.

Develop motion graphics and animations, including animated titles, typography, transitions, and visual effects.

Incorporate music, voiceovers, captions, and sound design; handle audio editing and colour correction.

Translate creative briefs into engaging visual stories with the marketing and content teams.

Maintain brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Organise project files, manage assets, and meet timelines across multiple projects.

Suggest creative improvements and stay updated on editing styles and platform trends.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Solid proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects .

Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator .

Robust understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, audio editing, and colour correction.

Familiarity with content formats for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.

Strong visual judgement, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Experience with marketing, brand, or agency content would be an advantage.
