We are hiring disciplined, execution-focused Video Editors who understand storytelling, structure, retention, and platform optimization — not just software usage.

Role: Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-retention content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital platforms
• Structure content for engagement, watch-time, and performance
• Work closely with scripting and content teams
• Maintain brand consistency and platform alignment
• Deliver on deadlines within structured workflow systems
• Optimize videos for performance-driven marketing campaigns
• Required Skills:
• Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
• Experience in short-form content editing
• Ability to follow structured content systems and SOPs
• Discipline in revisions and quality control

Training & Deployment

Selected candidates will undergo structured onboarding and practical training at our Mumbai office for up to 3 months before city deployment.

All roles operate under Kaustubh Naik Ventures Private Limited and align with the long-term expansion roadmap of its subsidiary companies.
