About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in video editing, visual storytelling and content creation, with a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of current digital and social media trends.

The candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, editing and delivering high‑quality video content across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for digital, social media, corporate and brand communication requirements.
• Transform raw footage into engaging, visually compelling and platform‑ready content.
• Work closely with creative, content and account teams to understand briefs and deliver videos aligned with client objectives.
• Handle the complete post‑production process, including editing, colour correction, sound mixing, transitions, graphics and basic animation.
• Create short‑form content such as Reels, Shorts and social media videos, as well as longer‑format videos wherever required.
• Add appropriate music, sound effects, subtitles, motion graphics and other visual elements to enhance the overall output.
• Ensure videos are optimised for different platforms, aspect ratios and formats.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers and content teams during production and post‑production.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, brand guidelines and storytelling across all projects.
• Stay updated with the latest video‑editing techniques, social media trends and content formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Organise and maintain video files, project assets and editing libraries efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop and/or DaVinci Resolve will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, colour grading and sound design.
• Ability to work with different video formats and aspect ratios.
• Good understanding of social media content trends and formats.
• Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in video editing and content production.
• Prior experience in an agency, media, production house, digital or communications environment will be preferred.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating diverse editing capabilities will be preferred.
• A creative, proactive and detail-oriented professional who can work in a fast‑paced environment.
