Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

ROLE OVERVIEWG Square & Company is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor & AI Content Creator to produce engaging videos, AI-generated content, promotional creatives, and social media content for The Belgian Waffle Xpress (TBWX) and other associate ventures. The ideal candidate should have a passion for video editing, AI tools, visual storytelling, and emerging digital content trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Video Editing: Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, brand videos, and short-form social media content.
• AI Video Creation: Create realistic AI-generated videos, animations, product visuals, and promotional content using modern AI tools.
• AI Prompt Engineering: Write effective prompts for AI image and video generation while maintaining brand identity and visual accuracy.
• Creative Production: Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, text animations, sound effects, music, and other elements to enhance video quality.
• Basic Shooting: Conduct basic product photography and video shoots, including food videography, framing, lighting, and camera angles.
• Graphic Designing: Design social media posts, stories, thumbnails, posters, banners, and other digital marketing creatives.
• Trend Research: Identify trending Reels, editing styles, AI tools, and content formats to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Campaign Support: Create content for product launches, outlet openings, promotional offers, festivals, and marketing campaigns.
• Influencer Coordination: Assist with influencer collaborations, content requirements, and campaign coordination.
• Personal Branding: Assist in creating LinkedIn content, professional videos, and personal branding creatives for company representatives.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, visual standards, and marketing objectives.
• Content Management: Organize project files, maintain content quality, and deliver projects within deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in video editing and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of AI video and image generation tools.
• Ability to write effective AI prompts and generate high-quality visuals.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Basic graphic design, typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
• Knowledge of product shooting, lighting, framing, and composition.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
• Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and editing techniques.

SOFTWARE & AI TOOLSVideo Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.

Graphic Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.

AI Content Creation: Google Flow/Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Pika, Gemini, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered creative tools.

Candidates are not required to master every tool but should demonstrate practical skills and the ability to learn quickly.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing, AI-generated videos, or creative projects is preferred.
• Relevant education or certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates should be creative, proactive, open to feedback, and comfortable working in an office environment.

Location Preference: Candidates residing in Panchkula, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Mohali, and nearby areas will be preferred, as the position requires working from the office near Sector 20, Panchkula.

SALARY & BENEFITSSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and portfolio quality.
