Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Video Creator and Editor. The role involves planning, producing, and editing video content to showcase properties, projects, and brand stories across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include filming on location, organizing raw footage, performing post-production work, and adding motion graphics or multimedia elements as needed. The Video Creator and Editor will collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop visual concepts, align content with brand guidelines, and meet campaign goals. The role also includes optimizing video formats for online distribution, maintaining an organized media library, and continuously improving visual quality and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage end-to-end Video Production, including planning, shooting, and coordinating resources.
• Strong Video Editing and Video Post-Production skills for cutting, color correction, sound design, and final delivery.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Multimedia to create engaging titles, animations, and visual enhancements.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
• Solid understanding of digital video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and best practices for web and social media publishing.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an eye for composition, lighting, and sound.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Kolkata and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or professional training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
