We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Content Creator, Videographer & Reels Editor who can plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for our brands across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form video trends, product videography, storytelling, lighting, camera techniques, and editing. The candidate must be comfortable shooting products, creating reels, and capturing behind-the-scenes, promotional, lifestyle, and brand-story content.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Shooting & Videography

Shoot high-quality videos for products, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and social media.

Handle camera, smartphone, gimbal, tripod, lighting, and audio equipment.

Plan and execute product shoots, lifestyle shoots, food shoots, and behind-the-scenes videos.

Capture product demonstrations, customer testimonials, factory/production footage, and team activities.

Set up appropriate lighting, angles, backgrounds, and compositions.

Conduct indoor and outdoor shoots as required.

• Reels & Short-Form Video Creation

Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.

Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and shot lists for short-form content.

Stay updated with trending audio, transitions, formats, and social media trends.

Produce content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Create product-focused, educational, entertaining, and storytelling videos.

• Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, text overlays, sound effects, and background music.

Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, and video stabilization.

Resize and optimize videos for different social media platforms and advertising formats.

Deliver polished videos within agreed timelines.

• Creative Planning & Coordination

Work with the social media manager and graphic designer to plan monthly video content.

Collaborate on campaign ideas, product launches, festive creatives, and advertising videos.

Prepare shoot plans, props, locations, and equipment before production.

Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and content libraries.

Required Skills

Experience in video shooting, videography, and reel editing.

Strong knowledge of framing, composition, lighting, camera angles, and storytelling.

Proficiency in video editing software.

Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content formats.

Ability to create engaging product videos and promotional content.

Knowledge of sound design, subtitles, colour grading, and transitions.

Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in food, FMCG, D2C, product, or lifestyle videography.

Knowledge of food styling and product photography.

Experience creating videos for paid social media advertisements.

Familiarity with camera equipment, gimbals, microphones, and studio lighting.

Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design.

Compensation: 8,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
