Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Human Resource Management to lead the end-to-end HR function for a large GCC environment. The role will drive HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and organizational transformation while partnering with senior leadership to build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Succession Planning.
• Oversee Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Rewards.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance, governance, policies, statutory requirements, and audits.
• Build HR dashboards, people analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, change management, and workforce transformation.
• Lead and mentor HR teams across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, C&B, and Employee Relations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–18 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in HR Strategy, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Compliance.
• Experience in GCC, Shared Services, BFSI, Technology, or MNC environments.
• Proven ability to work with CXOs and drive organizational transformation.
• Master's degree in HR/Business Administration/Industrial Relations (SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD certification preferred).
