Job Description & Responsibilities

You are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President Corporate Finance to lead the organizations corporate finance function with a strong focus on fund raising, capital structuring, financial strategy, and stakeholder management. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO, Board, investors, and external advisors to drive long‑term financial growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end fund raising initiatives including equity, debt, structured finance, and alternative capital instruments.
  • Develop and execute capital‑raising strategies aligned with the companys growth plans and valuation objectives.
  • Manage relationships with investors, private equity firms, venture capital funds, banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare investment decks, financial models, information memorandums, and data room materials to support fund‑raising activities.
  • Lead negotiations on term sheets, valuation, deal structures, and closing documentation in collaboration with legal and external advisors.
  • Drive corporate finance initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and business restructuring.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial modeling to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Evaluate business performance, ROI, and capital allocation to optimize shareholder value.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team and Board of Directors.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory, statutory, and investor requirements.
  • Lead interactions with auditors, advisors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support Board and investor communications, including reporting, reviews, and strategic updates.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing corporate finance team.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with strategy, legal, operations, and business teams to drive enterprise‑wide initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or fund raising roles.
  • Proven track record of successful fund raising across equity and debt markets.
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Experience working with senior leadership, investors, and Boards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
