We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with Veeva CRM experience to design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based solutions for our Life Sciences business. This role involves working closely with commercial teams, IT, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations and integrations, including those built on the Veeva CRM platform.

How you'll make an impact

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and workflows;
• Configure and customize Veeva CRM functionality where applicable, including dashboards, workflows, and user profiles;
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Vault, ERP systems, and other platforms using SOAP/REST APIs;
• Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and code reviews;
• Provide post-go-live support and implement system enhancements;
• Document technical and functional requirements and estimate timelines;
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What makes you a great fit

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL);
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
• Experience with Veeva CRM and/or Vault development is a strong plus;
• Experience with integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Data Loader;
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins);
• Familiarity with web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, SQL;
• Experience with Veeva CRM, specifically iRep (iPad application), is beneficial;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with Sales Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM tools used in their day-to-day activities;
• Salesforce Developer certifications and/or Veeva CRM/Vault certifications preferred;
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries highly desirable.
