Role Description The Valuation Associate will support the execution of valuation engagements across various asset categories, including businesses, financial instruments, and tangible assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial and operational data, assisting in the development of valuation models, preparing working papers, and contributing to valuation reports and presentations. The role involves collaborating with senior team members to apply relevant valuation methodologies, benchmarking market data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and professional standards. The Valuation Associate will also help in maintaining documentation, supporting client communication, and contributing to internal process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Business Valuation and Valuation skills, with familiarity in common valuation approaches and standards.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
• Candidates should possess Financial Modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to build and maintain detailed valuation models.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
• High ethical standards, professional integrity, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving valuation practices and regulations.
