We are urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Survey Engineer Post-Tender for a reputed company in Oman. Candidates with strong commercial and contractual management experience in civil construction projects are encouraged to apply.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: Best in the Industry

Key Responsibilities

Review contracts, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost variations.

Prepare monthly client bills and verify completed work quantities.

Review subcontractor bills, supplier invoices, and payment certificates.

Manage subcontract agreements, variation orders, and claims.

Monitor material consumption and labour productivity.

Prepare material quantity take-offs, reconciliation statements, and EOT claims.

Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and finance teams.

Prepare final accounts and maintain commercial documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Gulf experience is mandatory.

Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, or MEP-related civil projects is preferred.
