UX/UI Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UX/UI Designer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile experiences, aligning with client brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, development, and creative. The role also involves iterating on designs based on feedback and usability insights, preparing design assets and specifications for front-end implementation, and ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. The UX/UI Designer will contribute to brainstorming sessions, help evolve design systems, and support the creation of engaging digital experiences for films, events, and branding projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Visual Design and User Interface Design to create polished, brand-aligned digital experiences.
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) practices, including user research, information architecture, and user flow design.
• Experience creating detailed Mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
• Working knowledge of Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment, communicate design decisions clearly, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Relevant experience in media, entertainment, advertising, or branding projects is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
