About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should understand user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and motion design, and collaborate effectively with product managers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and responsive websites.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Apply UX principles, design systems, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with product teams and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Maintain reusable components, design libraries, and UI guidelines.
• Ensure accurate design implementation and review the final product for consistency.
• Improve designs based on user feedback and usability findings.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design, typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with SaaS products, dashboards, admin panels, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with design handoff.
• Experience with analytics and data-driven design improvements.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools and workflows.
