About the Role

We're looking for an Assistant Manager - User Acquisition to own and scale paid acquisition for Provue. You'll manage budgets across paid channels, optimize for CAC/ROAS, and work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to drive sustainable growth.

Must-Have

• 1 to 4 years of hands-on user acquisiton experience at a consumer app company (B2C mobile/web app) — this is non-negotiable. Candidates without consumer app experience will not be considered.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google UAC/App Campaigns, Apple Ads, or similar.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar).
• Comfort working with CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention curves, and cohort-based analysis.
• Experience running and interpreting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple, and other relevant channels.
• Own budget allocation and pacing to hit CAC/ROAS targets.
• Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives at scale.
• Monitor campaign performance daily; identify and act on optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports tracking spend, CAC, LTV, and ROAS by channel and cohort.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve funnel conversion and retention.
• Stay current on platform updates, iOS/Android attribution changes, and industry best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization).
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, etc.).
• Experience managing influencer or affiliate channels.
• Exposure to creative testing frameworks.
