Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across diverse industries within the US market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to analyze workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify, source, and engage high-caliber talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, including resume screening, behavioral interviews, and technical pre-assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate interview logistics, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end interview process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer acceptance rate, to drive continuous process improvement.
• Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences through proactive communication and timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay informed of US labor market trends, industry developments, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Successfully meet and exceed recruitment KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire and client satisfaction.
