Suntec Web Services is looking for US health care claim Process

Location :-Pitampura - Delhi

Shift :- Night

Salary range: 30-40k Gross monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to providers for follow ups on outreach for medical claims, records, itemized bills, balance billing, and refunds.
• Manage daily productivity with quality as per SLA compliance
• Handle US client calls and escalations
• Should be flexible with US work timings (Night shifts as IST)

Detailed Skill Set Requirements & experience are given below

• 1-2 years in US healthcare medical claim & insurance-related domain majorly in Calling profile.
• Experience in Outbound calling to providers.
• Proficiency in computer use and typing (minimum 30-35 WPM)
• Strong knowledge of US medical claims processing & US healthcare system
• Robust multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Effective verbal and written communication in English

Other desirable requirements & skill set

• Having knowledge of ICD & CPT Codes.
• Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital
