Job Title: US Accountants Payable

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and within deadlines
• Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
• Manage vendor master data and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process payment runs (ACH, Wire, Checks)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
• Handle employee expense reports and reimbursements
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting
• Communicate with US vendors and internal stakeholders for query resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications and Skills

• M.Com / MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter or relevant degree
• Experience working in US accounting or outsourcing firms
• Knowledge of US GAAP is an added advantage
• Knowledge of invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
• Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP,
• or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
