We are seeking a visionary and strategic CFO to lead the financial operations of Health Assist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd. Minimum 4 yrs to 8yrs experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards.

• Investor Relations: Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and stakeholders.
