Job Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Supervise and manage kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.

Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies.

Handle billing, cash management, and prepare daily sales reports.

Recruit, train, and schedule restaurant employees.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a qualified and timely manner.

Drive daily and monthly sales while achieving business targets.

Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a QSR, café, or restaurant.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
